A dark comedy set on the Southside of Chicago, The Waiting Room explores two lost souls on a journey to find love and hopefully discovering themselves along the way. Faye is a 40 year old pregnant woman stuck in a loveless marriage, the young man is searching for a love of his own. After a chance meeting, this unlikely pair forms an undeniable connection, but as the young man grapples with his own selfish interests in Faye, will issues from past lives create a beautiful new reality or will the connection between these two lost souls lead to their demise?
