In partnership with Promise Holdings and 37 Oaks, we’re providing space, resources, educational commerce courses, one-on-one coaching and capital for Black and Brown entrepreneurs on the South and West Side of Chicago.

This complimentary three-month program offers small, product-based business owners the opportunity to hone their craft while engaging in comprehensive courses designed to provide insight into products, how to position your business in the market to operate profitably, and how to conduct sustainable and scalable community business.

In working with countless small businesses, entrepreneurs, economic development organizations and municipalities across the country, we see the untapped talent and lack of resources present within our own neighborhoods.

Spring 2024 Cohort

Growing Chicagoland product-based businesses with at least two years of business sales and in need support growing operations should apply. If accepted, participation in the Definition Innovator is complimentary, but space is limited. Attendance throughout the three-month program is required for graduation.
