Ayssette Muñoz is a Latinx actor from the Rio Grande Valley. In 2015, the Chicago Tribune featured Ayssette as one of the “Top 10 Hot New Faces of Chicago Theatre”, due to her appearance in A View From the Bridge with Teatro Vista. In 2017, she became an ensemble member with Vista and was recently seen in Hope: Part II of a Mexican Trilogy (*2019 nomination by ALTA for Outstanding Supporting Actor); La Havana Madrid; and Wolf at the End of the Block. Other credits include Goodman Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Lookingglass Theatre Company, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Teatro Luna, Rivendell, and “Chicago PD”. She is represented by Paonessa Talent.
