Neel McNeill

Neel McNeill, in addition to Executive Director with Definition, serves as the Managing Director of Theater & Performance Studies at the University of Chicago. Most recently, she served as Steppenwolf Theatre’s Marketing & Memberships Manager. Graduate of Howard University in Theatre Arts Administration, Neel was named by American Theater Magazine as a “theatre worker to know.” Neel participated in the 2018 American Express Nonprofit Leadership Academy and is currently pursuing her MA in Social Sector Leadership & Nonprofit Management from the University of Chicago.
